Hi,

My family name is fictional for reasons best known to my grandfather.  By collecting our total family recollections we beleive that he was part of a travelling family of "tinkers" or probably farm labourers.  We know they were in the Sligo area around 1930 - 1938.

Does anyone know how I might confrm the family myth?
