Alexander Bell b.1794

I'm looking for information on the Parents & Grand Parents of Alexander Bell b.23/1/1794 Stony-Brigs Brechin Forfarshire.

I have the death certificate & 1871 Census of Alexander Bell.
He was a Grocer in Brechin & Died in Laurencekirk.

In the 1871 Census.
Schedule # 42.
138 High Street Laurencekirk.

Alexander Bell Age 77 Grocer Born Brechin.
Isobella Munro Dau 40 Widow born Arbothnott.
Jessie HG Munro Grand Dau 16 Born Forfarshire Dundee.

In his Death Certificate.

Alexander Bell Age 81.
High Street Laurencekirk.
Died 18/8/1875 Widower to Anne Durward.
Daughter Isabella Munro Present.

Parents of Alexander were David Bell b.1757 Brechin & Jean (Jane) Guild. Married 3 Nov 1786 Aberlmno.

Grand Parents of Alexander were David Bell & Christean Allan.
Married 3 Nov 1786 Brechin Angus.

Hi Alistair,

I am not exactly sure what you are looking for, you have found the parents and grandparents of Alexander Bell. You have also found both the marriages too!!

What other information are you searching??

Hi Alistair,

David Bell and Jane/Jean Gould/Guild/Gold are my 4x great grand parents through their daughter Margaret who was born 1793 app, married 1823, died 1876.

Your Alexander must be her brother.  At this point, I haven't researched any siblings for her.  Think she is on my website but server is down at present.
