IGI lists 4 children (all Co. Meath):
1. Jane born 14 Apr.1873

There are more Irish births than marriages in IGI records. Civil registration of catholic marriages began 1864 (from 1845 for other marriages) so there will be no marriage certificate for James Neary & Jane Carney. To find a church record of the marriage (of it exists) you need to know their religion and where they lived and then start searching for churches in that area.
Sometimes there are sites with vital records for a county (usually pay per view or subscription). If you check the links for Co. Meath resources there might be something that will help.
