I would appreciate your looking for Cray or Hay. Both families were in Yester at some point but I dont know where quite a few of them are buried. Thanks Buzzbyb

Hi Spacot,
What a very generous offer. I don't want to ask too much, but I'm looking for Gillan/Gillon/Gillane in Oldhamstocks, Spott and Innerwick? I also have Wallaces in Innerwick/Spott.
Thank you, hume24

Hi Spacot,
Thanks very much for those. Unfortunately, I don't think any of them are mine. They must be all in Dunbar graveyard!

:)Wow Spacot! Sorry to have made you do so much work!!! But thankyou so much for all the information. I will have to hunt through all my records to see where these people fit in, but I'm sure they will fit in somewhere. I would love the OPR's if possible thanks. If you have any ancestors in the Prestonkirk area, I have a record of the People of Prestonkirk 1851 if you would like me to do any look ups. Oh and Welcome to Rootchat! Its a brilliant site. Regards Cav

:)Hi Spacot....Thanks for all the hard work. My great great grandfather Adam gives his place of birth on the census as Oldhamstocks, so there is definitely a connection, I just have to find it! Also thanks for telling me about the book. I will certainly look out for it.Sounds like a good read. Cavvytri
