Baptism Brownhills 1814

Hi everyone,i'm trying to find out where about in Brownhills someone born in 1814 would be baptized,would it come under Walsall,Cannock or Lichfield Parishes?. The one i am looking for is Simeon/Simon Lyon bn Brownhills 1814.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just as a note of caution, Brownhills has its own parish church, so it might just be worth checking its records in case there is another Simeon Lyon baptized there.  Smiley Smiley

you could try the walsall Local History Centre
http://www.walsall.gov.uk/localhistorycentre/
as all i could find on churches in Brownhills is st james and i don't think that opened until about 1850
