Hi Not sure if this will be relevant or not but Mew is an uncommon name. My husband's Walker ancestors had a dairy and kept cows in Hyde Park in the 1800s. One of their employees was called William Mews and we have a photo of him as an old man. Probably taken early 1900s. If ever you find a connection then I can send you a copy. Andrea

Further to the above, I see on the Buckinghamshire Genealogy Soc. you can join for only 10 pounds a years and can borrow the parish Baptismal Records by post, thats got to be a bargain, membership starts in January of each year
