Does anyone have in their Tree,a James Thomas Harry given on Free BMD as being born in Penzanze Cornwall in 1890?

On "FreeCen" website there is a James B. Harry listed on the 1891 Census aged 10 months.  Probably the "T" was misheard as "B".  Lists parents and siblings etc.
