Ann DAVIS and Evan Evans Aberstwyth

I am looking for information on Ann DAVIS born 1805 in Aberstwyth to parents Evan EVANS and Ann Davis. It appears that Ann kept her mothers maiden name so perhaps her parents weren't married. Evan EVANS was a mail contractor according to Ann DAVIS' death certificate.

Any help with this is appreciated as this is all the information I have on this family as Ann (junior) was sent out to Australia in 1829 on board Roslin Castle as a convict for stealing money from her employer in London.

the Aberystwyth parish records for that period are not on the IGI. 

You could contact the Record Office in Aberystwyth - they are very helpful .There are volunteers to do look-ups. You might wait a while because of the approaching holidays, though.
