I have the 1901 census for this ancestor, but not the 1891.

Thomas OSBORN b. 1850 Thurleigh, Bdf.  wife Charlotte
children Albert, Mary j., Edward j., Samuel, Frank.
He is listed as "Ordinary Agricultural Lab"  and was in Keysoe Road, Thurleigh in 1901
