I think Joiner Buckley is in Terence Lees Smith Gypsy Genealogies - its out of print as far as I know but your local library might be able to get hold of a copy for you? I do have the book but have mislaid it at the current moment in time. I will have to look it out for you.

"Elvina" I belive was actually Elvira Williams.
Joiner Buckleys wife was Sarah Smith also known as Seni Smith. Thats about all I can remember offhand.

Well I dont know where I put SGG (Mr Lees book) doh no doubt somewhere really stupid but never mind!! I think youll like what I have found thus far.
I had a nose round the Ancestry site. As well as being fab for having loads of Census records BMDs etc etc they also have family trees uploaded by members to peruse. I found one called Buckley Family Tree. So, here you go!:
Joe Buckley b.cir 1780 married Lavinia Skipper
They had
Elijah b.cir 1810 d.1833
Hirum b.cir 1810
JOINER b.cir 1810 d.1886 Plaistow Ex married Sarah "Seni" Smith d.1886
Sam b.cir 1810
Well Joiner and Sarah/Seni had:
Josiah b.cir 1837 Kent d.1873 married Alice Smith d/o James Smith and Elizabeth Odell b 1838 Soham Cam d.1921. Josiah can be found on the 1861 Census at Chrisall Ex with other travelling families who are closely related: Welches and Shaws. (More on them in a moment).
Josiah and Alice had at least two children: Arthur, and
Lazarus - b.1872 d.1925 d.1925 Rochford Ex, he married Elizabeth Shaw (d/o William) b.cir 1871 Ware Herts d.1945 Southend. They can be found on the 1891 Census at West Tilbury Ex, and 1901 Census at Romford Ex.
Their children were:

Beatrice 1892 - 1948
Matilda 1894
Elias 1896
Leonard 1899 - 1972
Benjamin 1906 - 1968

Going back to Joiner and Sarah/Seni - their other children were:
Carnation 1839 -1916 (also married briefly to Alice Smith (above) yes thats actually more common than youd think)
Justina 1840 married Woodlock Smith. Now Woodlock is well known for having two brothers, Bartholomew and Cornelius. Cornelius Smith was the father of the evangelist Gypsy Rodney Smith.

bapt 8.05.1831 also 15.05.1831 at Burwell Cams d.20.01.1922 buried 24/01.1922 Norton Herts married Mary "Polly" Welch b,cir 1833 d.04.04.1865 between Letchworth and Baldock and was buried 04.04.1865 Norton.
He then married Mrs Sarah Sayers (widow) b.cir 1837.

Rodney b.31.03.1860 Mill Plain c.09.09.1860 Wanstead d.04.08.1947 on board the Queen Mary en route to the USA. crem 07.08.1947 Fresh Pond Cem, New York. USA. He was the Evangelist. He married Annie Elizabeth Pennock and later Mary Alice Shaw.
Matilda " Tilly" b.cir 1862 d/1945 m.George Moysey Evens.
Louisa b.24.03.1865 c.03.04.1865 Norton Herts d.08.04.1865 bur 08.04.1865 Norton.
