I am seeking information on:
Henry DILLON b: 1850 Listowel, Ireland...he died in 1937, Pahiatua, NZ at the age of 85yrs. Henry married Kate EGAN

What sort of information are you looking for?
Civil registration of births in Ireland began in 1864 so for birth information you would need to search for church records (if they still exist). To do so you need to know the religion and where they lived (parish if not townland).
Do N.Z. death certificates list parents names? If so that would be very helpful because there could be more than 1 Henry Dillon in the area and you might not find the correct one in church records.
Listowel is in Co. Kerry not Co. Limerick so perhaps this should be moved to Kerry board.
Check information at top of Kerry board for sources to try.

Hello Blandy,

The Dillon Family History site http://dillonancestry.com mentions Edmund Patrick Dillon
who was born in Listowel about the same time as Henry. Edward emigrated to the US.

Thanks Christopher for the Dillon Family History site I will check that.

aghadowey, you asked what Henry Dillon's parents names were on Henry Dillon's marriage certificate to Kate Egan is parents are documented as John Dillon and Mary Casey.
