Harriet Barrance ...Waterbeach 1828

Could anyone tell me who Harriets parents were ?.

I have her with her mother Ann Barrence(b 1787) on the 1841 and on the 1871 Ann is looking after Harriets daughter (Harriet Jarvis b 1859).

Harriet (1828) married Richard Jarvis in 1846.

If anyone has the PR's of Waterbeach ,I would be really pleased to find out who Harriets father was.

Have you tried the baptism index on http://www.cfhs.org.uk/Search.html ?

Unfortunately there's no Harriet Barre/ance that I can find, but there are a number of Barrances baptised in Waterbeach. One of the sets of parents is Henry & Ann, and Henry died in 1837 age 71 according the burial index on the same site

You may need to buy the marriage cert to get her father's name, which hopefully may turn out to be Henry

I hadn't seen that site ,should prove very useful as I have a lot of folks to look up in Waterbeach.
I'll get Harriets marriage cert after Christmas just to confirm it ,but I think you are correct about Henry.
