1861 has a William and Jane DEACON at High Corner, Broomy Walk and New Forest, Hampshire, with a son Robert aged 9. It is possible that Albert was misheard or mistranscribed as Robert. Can't see a Robert birth anywhere about that time. Roberts birthplace was Linwood, and he had an older sister Emily 12 and older brother John 21, all born Linwood - RG9; Piece: 668; Folio: 164; Page: 4.
Only DEACONs born in Linwood that I can see. Albert clearly has his birthplace as Linwood in 1881, 1891 and 1901. Can't see him in 1871, only an Albert in the Army in Gillingham in Kent, born Fordingbridge, Hampshire c1852.
Not sure what anyone else thinks. Getting the birth certificate would be the best bet to confirm his parents.

Hi
These records may also be worth something to you!
Ringwood marriage: 20 March 1828: Thomas Hutchins (of Ringwood) married Jane Pitt (of Ringwood)
This couple would appear to have had a large family, including: Jane Hutchens baptised at Ringwood 23 May 1832 (of Thomas & Jane of Poulner/Ringwood, Lab). Zapcat
