Quarry query re Ancestry entry
« on: Sunday 23 December 07 13:00 GMT (UK) »

HI

While searching an Ancestry, I found the entry below and wonder what it is all about? I ask, as I have a Henry Quarry in this area at this time.

"Buckinghamshire: - Calendar to the Sessions Records, 1705-1712
Banns After 1811
  Burkinghamshire Sessions Records
   Petty constables and tithingmen sworn.
County: Buckinghamshire
Country: England
Northall Henry Parsons vice Henry Quarry; Philip Stanbridge not sworn. (Sess. R. 20/51) "

Many thanks in advance.

Regards

Jan

Hi

Many thanks for the response - I have followed the links and will be pursuing what I have found. After exhausting censuses etc, it will give me a new line of research.

Thanks once again.

Have got hold of the mircrofiche from Bucks FHS.

This related to the Easter Session of the Quarter Session 1706 at Aylesbury.

Just the right time for my Henry - so maybe I will knock down a brickwall this year! He married in the area in 1701 and had a daughter Elizabeth, baptised at Northall in 1704.

Many thanks again.
