Season's Greetings All
I am atttempting to help a friend research her family tree. She has a printout of a Marriage Cert in 1867 at St Lukes Church Oamaru.
There is no heading for the names/occupations of parents and therefore no information to correctly track back the family.
1. Is this usual? I have a vague recollection that you were able to request a "short" copy and wonder if this is what she has?
2. Is anyone able to check the St Lukes Marriage/Baptism records for me 1867 onwards or advise where I might find them?
Appreciate any assistance. TIA Dale

Should have a witness tho ?
and if you ask kindly, someone may check the ITM for any additional info.
You could always look for the deaths, they have heaps of info if in NZ.

If the informant for their death registrations knew, then the parents names should be on the death certificates, assuming they died in NZ.
Not always correct though unless it was a relative. Although sometimes they did not know either.
