Folliott is a strange name, but it definitely looks like it. There are a few Folliett Sandford's on the IGI for shropshire.
I afraid I cannot 100% help you with the house name as the image I sent you is how it appears on the disk. Apparently it is all to do with the oversized pages of the Shropshire returns. When they were digitising them they had to cut off part of the address in order to fit in the column "where born".
.....but looking at the 1871 image the houses on the other sides of Sandford house match the ends of the 1851 return that i can see - so yes i'd say that definitely living in Sandford house in 1851.
