Hi,
I'm researching Ebenezer Drysdale (b. 2 May 1862, Muiravonshire, Stirling, Scotland; d. 7 June 1951, Nireaha, New Zealand) and Isabella Leishman (d.o.b, p.o.b and d.o.d unknown unfortunately).
They married in 1882.
They had one child, Euphemia Primrose, b. 1 March 1892, Scotland, who went on to live in New Zealand and married a man named Henry Davison (b. 21 July 1889, Kapuni, New Zealand; d. 5 July 1972, New Plymouth, New Zealand).
If anybody has any information on the above people, it would be most appreciated.

Hi Chelsea,
I see that you are looking for information on Ebenezer Drysdale. I don't know how far you have managed to get but I have some information if you are still looking.
My Great Grandfather was Buchanan Drysdale, he was a younger brother to Ebenezer. I grew up in Rongokokako, about 3 kms from Buchanan's family farm in Nireaha.
I have a photo of Ebenezer's daughters Joan & Margaret, also photos of 'Grannie' (Margaret Drysdale, nee Matthew) and most of the other children.
One of nine surviving children, Ebenezer's other siblings were Margaret, James, Euphemia, Helen, John, Buchanan, William & Lillias.
