How did you get on with the cemetery office?

I got my death cert - Michael James Thompson, 25 High Tenters, Bishop Auckland, died 13 July 1914, if you get chance to check for a gravestone for him at the cemetery I'd be very grateful. His wife was Mary Jane, haven't found her death yet.

No, I have no idea where, only that my husband seems to think it will be South Church. Don't worry if it's out of your way, I'll probably get the council to look it up for me.

Is the marriage defo at Upleathem because Redcar Register Office told me it was at St Peter, Redcar?

Phew, thought they'd been giving me duff info for a minute there.

I think you might have solved my question now Karen. If the family lived at North Ormesby then moved to Redcar, i'm thinking they were brought back to N Ormesby to be buried.
