Hi,
Does anyone have information on parentage, ancestry, or death of ELIZABETH OGILVY born about 1864 in Cortachy?
Dec. 2, 1887 she married DAVID KIDD JOHNSTON born 1856 in Newtyle.
I found nothing on her in the IGI.
Your help will, as always, be appreciated.

Scotlands People - www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk has a birth registration for an Elizabeth Ogilvy, Cortachy and Clova, in 1863.

Hi Kathleen,
I've had a look in Scotlandspeople.com and managed to run off a copy of her death cert.
Elizabeth Johnston - Married to David K Johnston (Farmer).
7th April 1919 11h-0m am at Muirside, Kincaldrum, Inverarity.
56 years old
Parents - David Ogilvy (Forrester) (Deceased) - Jane Ogilvy (m.s. Howe) (Deceased)
Cause of death - Chronic Myelitis
