I hope someone can assist. Does the message below relate to a fault in my PC or Belfast Forum's server? Should I phone for assistance?

Hi Christopher,

It's not your PC, it's the server.

Usually it means that a page is missing, or the link is corrupted.

The big clue is failed to open stream: which is another way of saying "I can't find what I'm looking for"
