I wondered if this is helpful to anyone ?

I bought details of one of my ancestors from the National archives - Admin. letter - and this was the following entry...

2nd March 1810
John SWIFT of Honley, Clothier
Admin. granted to sons, Benjamin & John Swift, clothiers of Honley.
Legatees -
grandaughters - Mary Swift & Martha Swift
daughters - Sarah, wife of Samuel HAIGH
Betty, wife of wife of David BUTTERWORTH
Lydia, wife of William DONKERSLEY (?)

son Benjamin also mentioned as Benjamin Thomas....
