john Wise from Berkshire England in Edinburgh 1830 - 1840?

Hi,

Happy New Year to everyone,

Does anyone have any information on a John Wise from Berkshire in England who may have been in Ediburgh between 1830 and 1840? 

He travelled to South Australia in 1841

Where he married a Scots girl in 1850

and died in 1854.

This is all very tenuous but if you don't ask you don't find out!

The Edinburgh census of 6 June 1841 has a Wyse family consisting of

Mary 44
James 19
John 17
Robert 15
George 13


They were born outwith Edinburgh but not in England
