Danone .. I think I've found Joseph senior in 1891 .. if someone else doen't help you - I will gladly post it tomorrow! 
I was a bit put off by the fact the one I found was an Agricultural Labourer .. but everything else fits?

Oh Danone .. I will try and tell you ..
Go to the top of the page and click on 
On the left hand side you will see these links:
Modify Profile
Membership Related Settings
RootsChat Profile Information
Look and Layout Preferences
Notifications and Email
Personal Message Options
Click onto: RootsChat Profile Information
Tick the little box where it says .. I will upload my own picture:
Then click on the Browse button.
A box should then appear which is called "choose file".
Go to your pictures and you can download an image from your picture files to use as your avatar.
You must remember to click on the Change Profile button at the bottom of the page though!
Plus the image you choose must be very small unless it won't work .. about the size of my monkey should do it!
