Duncombe Family Crest

Hi Everyone & happy new year.
I have a Noah Mountford b:abt 1810 More Lane, Stafford who married Ann Southwick b:abt 1815 Bilston, Staffs. They got married in 1832 Kingswinford, staffs.
Could anyone help me to find Noah's parent's and sibling's please, as i'm getting no where

Ruby Without seeing the actual par.reg.cannot say,but I think the names may have been mis-transcribed,or it's possible that neither Thomas or wife could read -write, therefore "Zipporah " spoken with a strong Blackcountry accent could have sounded like Sebra(just my thoughts)
