No, sorry I think you have done all the work there! All I can say is that I found the same 1841 census entry with Nathaniel and Margaret and daughters Margaret and Francis. Francis/Frances and James Bultitude's marriage cert doesn't really help, he is shown as a bachelor age 27, a plumber and glazier of Gaol St, with father James, a labourer. She is shown as Frances Newstead Boyce, 20, a spinster also of Gaol St, with father Nathaniel Newstead Boyce, mariner. Witnesses were George Ramms (?) and Mary Ann Bultitude (either James' mother or sister).
I've yet to find Frances' death cert, the last I have of her is in 1891 when she is in Plumstead, a widow age 47, with the surname of Adams.  The family swapped surnames somewhere between the 81 and 91 censuses, although following generations were aware of the original name - thank goodness, otherwise I'd have been stuck! As far as I can tell James' middle name was Adam, so I think that's where they got that from.
Frances and James had 5 children and moved from Yarmouth to Plumstead again between 81 and 91 - something to do with the name change? Hmm..
Anyaway, that's about all I have, hence my joy at  finding all the stuff you've posted!
