FindMyPast ~~ wont load image

Any one having trouble using FindMyPast today  3rd Jan 08

Used it yesterday OK.  When I select VIEW  the page wont load the list. I get the  ' download / converting image ' timer and nothing happens. Tried many times in BMDs. I downloaded the Enhansed Image Viewer but that didn't make any difference.

Sent an email to them for HELP.

I would say, in the first instance, be patient.  They do answer messages.  Also, sometimes one's computer just gets clogged with so many images being opened, and just needs to be given a rest or rebooted.

I had the same problem yesterday, but everything's ok today, as loo said, sometimes just overloaded
