where could I have gotten this from???
« on: Thursday 03 January 08 19:26 GMT (UK) »

I have just found in a notebook:

a John Ness died 2nd Feb 1817, Nafferton, Yorks

I have checked familysearch to see if I got the info from there, but nothing there! I have been trying to find the death of my ancestor John Ness, born circa 1760, in Nafferton and this anecdote in the notebook has my heart pounding!!

Can anyone help?? Nafferton PRs would be great, which I do not have!

National Burial Index perhaps?  Smiley

Edit: probably not, sorry. Have viewed the details for John Ness 1817 and it's
John NESS 15 Jan 1817 aged 14 Kirby Misperton St Lawrence NRY  Undecided
