Regency Collection

Don't know if this is the right place to post this link but here goes

http://homepages.ihug.co.nz/~awoodley/Regency.html

If you scroll down about two thirds of the page you will find links to articles about the period, all about coaching/travel, military, marriage info etc.  I gather it is a resource site for writers of Regency novels but wonderful background for family history buffs as well!

hiraeth,

Thank you so much for this!  I was only wishing a day or so ago that I could access some sites with information about the Regency and Georgian periods, and - voila!!  I will have fun with this!

Hopefully the mods will add this to the list of social history resources linked to the Common Room.
