Free BMD has a birth for Julia Ann Williams JFM 1849 Lymington Vol 8 Page 207
Also, a birth for Jessie Rose Hannah Limming AMJ 1858 Medway Vol 2a Page 311
The age for both girls is correct and Limming seems to be a fairly rare name so perhaps the place of birth of the grandchildren was not properly recorded.
Interestingly there are very few people by the name of Limming on the census of 1881 and no pertinent deaths or marriages on free BMD so did the girls' mother remarry or emigrate?
Although it's transcribed as Verry I think the 1861 image looks like Veny LIMMING. I wonder if that could be a pet name for Lavinia
I found this birth,
Lavinia E WILLIAMS Sep Q 1854 Lymington v.2b p.451
I can't find a likely match for this Lavinia WILLIAMS later on so I wonder if she took her step-father's name? I found a Lavinia b.1854 Milford in 1871, transcribed as LEINNING,
1871 RG10/3725 f.22 p.39 St Mary, Cheshire Town: Chester 3 Curyon? Park
