Help, please - Been getting messages saying my AVG will be out of date at the end of Jan - so went for the new free update
I have Windows XP - [/i]have not got a clue what I am doing by the way[i] a friend put the last one in for me.
I know I have to save but [/i]where[i] do I save it, tried to read the tech info and don't understand a word of it  Cry
Can some kind soul give me a clue..or should I get a tech minded friend to help.

Save the download to your desktop,  then double click it and it should install just fine.

Once you have installed the new version of AVG,  you can delete the file from your desktop.
