My Great Grandfather Charles New born Newbury 1855 migrated to Australia around 1910, lived around Sydney area until approximately 1918 onwards, and then returned to England, (do not know exact date) to enable him to take up an AlmsHouse at Newbury for his retirement.    He died in Newbury in 1930.
I was wondering if anyone had information in regard to shipping records from Sydney Australia for that period to England.

In fact we cannot find shipping records for him, and his second wife Emily actually arriving in Australia, we just know that he was in Sydney before the rest of his family arrived in 1912.
