Please excuse if you already have these bits:
Probably no help, but in the 1841 census in Charney there is a James (44) and Elizabeth Harris living next door to Richard and Maria and a John Harris (50) two doors away.
The 1861 census in Pusey shows their son William, a ploughboy (13) as born in Pusey, as were his sisters Agnes Ann (10) and Clara ( .
The 1871 shows Richard and Maria still in Pusey with Jesse (34) as ag lab, Clara (18) as servant and a grand daughter, Bessy (2), born in Buckland.
In 1881 Richard and Maria are at 5 Hawthorn Place, St. Mary Bishopshill junior, Micklegate, York with Ernest Jordan ( born in Pusey.
