Does anyone know how I can find out the birth/bapt records for Drogheda Barracks 1830's?

Hello pharmakon,

Did the military keep records of births and baptisms? I know that Churches have such records.  Rhodie is asking about 1830 ... i.e.  thirty plus years prior to the introduction
of Civil Registration in Ireland which took place in 1864.

Yes. That's why I suggested perusing the GRO Military Indexes. Nothing to do with civil registration in Ireland.

Hi folks
I did look at the records at TNA Kew for the military births, but nothing there at all.  All I know from the census is that Jonathan was born in Drogheda barracks circ 1828/9.  I cannot find a marriage either for his parents - have the maiden name of the mother from a child born post 1837 over here in UK. Undecided
