Seeking Agnes Voysey

I am trying to locate the address of Agnes Voysey during the 1920-1940.  I know that my great grandmother Agnes lived in Highcliffe/New Milton when my Father was a child, but she actually died in 1939 at another address (in Bournemouth).  My Father told me that as a child his great grandmother Agnes lived behind St Marks Church.  I have been told that there is new housing estate there now. 
Has anyone got a Kelly's directory for that area that wouldn't mind looking up her Highcliffe/New Milton address?  I would be eternally grateful.
