Could Ralph bapt. 1670 be Ralph b. c1650's first attempt at having a Ralph? Ralph Snr. would be 20 - just about old enough to be married, esp. in them thar days...and as Ralph Snr. has a dau. called Susanna, there would be a continuation of a family naming convention - first male after Dad or dad's dad, first female after Mum or Mum's mum?
Just seen your post, toni - have you enough credits to view the results? I have a lot left, and need to use them up or they'll expire

Toni's list:
Susanna TURNER buried 22 Jun 1740 at Beedon St Nicholas Susanna TURNER buried 8 Oct 1728 at Harwell St Matthew Susanna TURNER buried 8 Apr 1662 at Faringdon All Saints
Second line:
Susanah TURNER buried 6 Jul 1688 at Shinfield St Mary Affidavit received
Third line:
Roger Williams married at Caversham by Licence? to Susanna Turner Status 6 Apr 1697 Edward Stephenson married at Sunninghill by Licence? to Susanna Turner on 4 Nov 1703
I don't know the geog. of Berks. at all - do any of these look hopeful or are they too far away from Bray? not that that is necc. a barrier, as we don't know if she might have ben sent home to her family parish to be bur. if that's what she wanted?

I don't know the geog of Berks either shame the burials don#t give any extra info. i.e husbands name widow age anything really other than her name! can we get the affadivt? these had to be signed by someone to say they were buried in sheeps wool, usually a family member. do those marriages tie in with the Turners we know about - i'm off to bed ! If the affidavit was recorded any more than it was just done, the name of the signator might be in the entry in the PRs
Lesanne, do you need to get in touch with Tephra? we're running out of room...

There's also Ralph Turner m. 24 July 1618 to Margeret Turner, at Bray (FHO), but I have have drawn a blank on the IGI for children.
Could this Ralph be son to Radus & Joana, I wonder?

Could this be him?
John Turner of Bray Married at White Waltham by Licence? to Elizabeth Strood of Hurst on 2 Feb 1699
Elizabeth 22 Feb 1702 d/o John Susanah 02 April 1705 d/o John John1673 children Ralph 1710 Ann 1713 Sarah 1717 that's all I've found so far
how about these as children?
These look good - if this is the marriage, it all fits very nicely - John m. Elizabeth 2.2.1699 (this could be Old Calendar, in which case it is "our" 1700), then children in chronological order Elizabeth 1702 (named after John's wife), Susanah 1705 (named after John's mother), Ralph 1710 (named after John's father), Ann 1713, Sarah 1717.
