Hi

I wondered if anyone can help with this?

I think it's Fredricks Terrace, Normabell Street - thanks to Mike in the general forum. I can find a Normabell Street but no Fredricks Terrace. I'd be grateful if anyone had any information on this.

Hi there, found this Ferderick Terrace off Nornabell Street(Holderness Road) 1892. It has four house in it

That's great, many thanks!! Did you find it on a website?

Also just realised that I didn't post the year, which would have been helpful!! It's on a death cert from 1897, maybe Fredricks Terrace was being built around 1892 onwards? It looks as though the number on the certificate is 20.

I don't think the terrace exists now Nornabell st has post 1945 houses on it now as well as a council tower block some 13 stories high.

Just had my st map out and no mention of Frederick terrace.

I've just had a look on Kelly's 1933 directoty and Fredericks Terrace was between 41 & 43 Nornabell Street, though as DD has already said, that area has been rebuilt since the last war.
