Hi
Thanks for looking for the Findlays they are alot of them in the Kilmarnock area however they are the ones that I am interested in.
The other families I have who lived in Kilmarnock area are  the Curdies , John Curdie who was married to HuhHuh White. James Curdie their so who married Sarah Templeton. Also the McMuldroch's John McMuldroch who married Agnes Soutar/Sultar and their son George McMuldroch who married Mary Muir, both had large families in the Kilmarnock area.

Thanks in advance

Here's a big welcome to mouse2 if no one else has done it yet. This is a fantastic site with hundred's if not thousands and helpful facts and people.

I am sure you will eventually get loads of advice and information about your family of MARSHALLS from KILMAURS, maybe from me!!!!! Grin Grin Grin Grin

Wow - what a kind offer.

I'd be most interested to hear of any Barnes in Kilmarnock (especially David Barnes and his wife Hannah nee Spear, dates unknown but they had a son in 1820).

Also any Wylie/Wyllie entries in Kilmarnock (especially William or James with a wife Mary nee Currie - dates unknown but known children born 1819 and 1832 respectively).

Many thanks in advance

Hi Caroline,

Thank you for your generous offer.

I'm desperate for any info on John & Agnes Dunlop (nee Hood). Especially their son James Hood Dunlop (b.1834 Kilmarnock) and siblings.

Many thanks in advance....

Hi Liznel
Have a feeling we may have been in contact in the past but noticed that you too have the Curdies, Findlays and McMuldrochs in Kilmarnock
