DAVEY/DAVY St Blazey/St Austell

I would be grateful to know if anyone has access to the parish records for St Blazey and St Austell.

The is a burial for John Davy on 3rd December 1829 in St Blazey and I am wondering if the register shows his occupation or address etc.

Also, on IGI, there is a baptism for Henry Francis Davy on  24 Feb 1830 in St Austell. Again, I would be grateful to know if the occupation of his father, John, is given.

Hi David. Just had a look at the census records and have found this from 1841. Your Henry matchs age wise. It gives ocupation of all but only gives Cornwall as birth place. Hope this is the right family. Lynette

There were 2 others listed on there under the names Jago William 30 smith and Bennett Richard 60 Labourer.

Thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately, I think it is the wrong family. This is the one that I believe is his family, which fits in with the probability that father, John has died: -

1841 Census - St Blazey, Cornwall
Grace Davey abt 1791
Sally Davey abt 1821
Henry Davey abt 1827 - Engineer
Grace and Sally came from St Erth or Gwinear

This Henry also had a brother John, possibly baptised in St Erth on 12th April 1820, who moved to Yorkshire. When John married, he gave his father’s occupation as Agent (Mine Agent?). On a later census, Grace says that she is a Mine Agent’s widow and so we are trying to prove that this is John’s family.
I have just obtained a copy of sister Sally’s marriage certificate but this just gives her father’s occupation as Labourer.

We have not identified John on the 1841 census but he just gives Cornwall as his place of birth in 1851 and 1871. In 1861 he is in Ovenden, Yorkshire, and the place has been transcribed as George. The name is not very clear but we are fairly certain that it not George. It looks a bit like Granze (Gerrans?) but could be Gwinye (Gwinear?). The Cornish accent may have confused the enumerator.
