are his parents esau and emily if they are then he is at home with them in king stanley reg.dist. stroud.

i have had a look at this family in 1881 and 1901 but cannot see any sign of a charles.

There was a Frank Edward Baker birth registered in Stroud in 1871 Dec. Qtr Vol 6a  Page 352 according to free bmd.

You will have to buy his b-cert to find his parents' names.  That's the only way to proceed, any other way is not a good methodology.
