Hi

I'm trying to find out whether there was an entry in the Surrey PO Directory for Edward Hamilton.

According to the 1851/61 census' he was a greengrocer in Kingston.

Is anyone able to look this up in the PO Directory please?

you can search the directories on line,they are not compleat of course, but you might find something of interest.

Thanks for your reply.  Unfortunately I couldnt find anything on this site.  I had another relative in Kingston who I couldnt find in the directories and someone managed to find him in the 1851 Surrey Directory - I was hoping for the same luck with Edward!!!!!
