 Smiley Hello Toni, I should of kept quiet about not much on today, it's been manic.
Just popped back to change footwear, I'm soaked through.

The only 'tree' as such that could be done ends, at the top with Ralph and Susannah.

The wills hopefully led us to Ralph and Susannah or at least the name Ralph was in them, somewhere.
As we don't have Susannah's surname, that's a bit 'stumping'.

Also, the wills are possibly Ralph's sibling's, hopefully it mentions his family. But, again, nothing about a Ralph and Susannah.....

Kiddo, suggested that several Turners were alias Ferrer and Vice versa.. that one last night gave several places that I know are local to the area.

Finding the people contained within the wills, perhaps, could lead us to Ralphey and Suzie. .... then Yippee, a cyber party....  Cheesy

Back later...
PS. u need an emergency land line, Toni !!!!!!!

Lesanne,

There is mention of Anne the natural daughter of Thomas Turner otherwise Farrar and that she is the wife of George ?Sivedale or Swedale, citizen of London and also John Turner otherwise Farrar the natural son and the executor of the will.

Sorry - haven't got the time to work out any more

Nell
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Just got that from Nell on the post for the Latin reader............
Is there a George mentioned?
Only I found a George as father to Mycheal Turner 17/9/1556 St Benet Fink London
C022292.
 Roll Eyes
Now Micheal was a brother, as mentioned.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Looks like the first thing I'd better do, when I get home, is go into part 5.

new reply from 'Latin' post....
sententiam is normally used to show that a translation was not done   literally (ie word by word) but using some different words to maintain the meaning as intended by the original  writer.

As I understand things the word was used in days gone by when a will (or other document) had been written in an ambiguous manner, and had been examined by  a court or lawyer who would give an opinion about what it actually meant.

It is similar in effect to todays custom of obtaining "counsels opinion" in which a specialist barrister will look at a will and tell you how (in his or her opinion) a court would interpret it.
