SUBJECT OF TRANSACTION: Tythes lands and hereditaments in Holwell in the parish of Westwell formerly belonging to
Thomas Godfrey deced.
Recites that the said
Thomas Godfrey in his will charged these premises with the payment of £100 to 1. Recites that these lands are lawfully descended to Edward Taylor of Lisbon who hath paid 1. interest thereon.
In consideration of the sum of £100 received by 1. from 2. 1. quit claims to 2 all the estate right title interest equity claim and demand of 1. in the said premises.
CONSIDERATION: 2. has paid 1. £100.
