Could someone please check the Poor Law index for a John Tibbles/Tibbel/Tibbald/Theobald (born circa 1749) or any other variant of Theobald.

In the baptism entry for his ninth child, Susan, 9 Feb 1794, John was stated as being a pauper, the baptism entry for his son Henry 13 Oct 1796 gave no information other than surname, date and name of father and son. 

John's occupation change in 1785 from Glove Maker to Breeches Maker.

I am trying to find information which might give a clue to John's place of birth/baptism so that on my next visit to the UK I have a starting point, I have searched the online Chelmsford PRs with no success.
