Hi Julie, Many thanks for the reference to Spon Street in the 1851 census of Coventry. Unfortunately I was not able to find what I was after. I have information that a Hannah Audley was buried 1st September 1850 aged 25 address Spon Street Coventry. I was hoping to find some relatives in the 1851 census, but there do not seem to be any!!! Regards Brian

Where was she born? ?Was it St John or St Michael (Spon St) St John is the parish church. Any clues in the address? An ancestor of mine was in a lodging house in Spon St. Another one owned a pub. Best wishes Graham Brian

Hi Graham, Thanks for your interest. The only information I have about Hannah Audley is from the burial register of London Road, Civic Cemetery, Coventry which states:
Ref 1-1863 - Date 1/9/1850 - Hannah Audley - age 25 - Address Spon Street - County War - C - Parish St John - Type S - Class 4 - Square 125 - Grave 19.
I don't know whether Hannah Audley was married or not. I was hoping that as she was buried 6 months before the 1851 census there may be some relatives still living in Spon Street in the 1851 census.
I have not been able to identify any.
If you try beware there are a number of diferent ways of spelling the surname Audley
Many Thanks Regards Brian Audley

Hello Brian I know it seems obvious but have your tried the 1861 Census nearer the time of her death? Best wishes Graham
