I'm not sure if any of these are of any use to you, but you never know........... St Martin Birmingham on April 8th 1704 Baptism Eliz daughter of John Audley - nothing else stated.
St Bartholomew, Edgbaston - Marriage 28th February 1814 William Audley and Mary Griffin both of this parish - witnesses are Mary Newbrooke and W Griffin
1st Janury 1849 at Holy Trinity, Coventry Thomas Ward - Full age - Widower - Occupation Weaver - of Well Street - Father - John Ward - Occupation Clerk Married Ann Audley - full age -Spinster - Weaver - of west Orchard - Father - John Audley - Occupation Shoe Maker Witnesses are - John Audley and Jane Stokes

19th October 1850 at Holy Trinity, Coventry Michael Settle - Full age - Widower - Weaver - of Well Street - Father - William Settle - Weaver Married Ann Audley - Full age - Widow - Weaver - of well Street - Father - George Clarke - Occupation - Weaver Witnesses are - Thomas Clift and John Patridge
24th November 1883 at Holy Trinity, Coventry Thomas Albert Furneaux - 21 - Bachelor - Watch Maker - 9 Lamb Street - Father - Thomas Gorsuch Furneaux - Watchmaker Married Laura Ann Audley - Spinster - 24 - 40 Queen Street - Father - John Audley - Weaver Witnesses are - John Audley and Annie Woodward Furneaux
There is also a monumental inscription for Birmingham but i will PM that to you as it is in the last 50 years.

I also have National roll of the great war for Birmingham and there are two Audley's on it. T F Audley and W Audley both from Birmingham

Thanks for the information. With regard to Amelia Audley the information is particularily useful as I have her parents in both the 1851 census and the 1861 census.

Audley T F. Private 1/9th Durham Light Infantry Joining in October 1916, he proceeded to the Western Front and took part in much of the heavy fighting, Especially at Ypres, Armentieres and La Bassee. He was demobolised in October 1919 and holds the General Service and Victory Medals Address - 8 back 135 Camden Street, Birmingham.
Audley W. L/Cpl, Royal Warwickshire Regiment Mobolised at the outbreak of hostilities, he was at once sent to France and served through the retreat from mons. He also played a distinguished part in the battle of the Marne, the Aisne, Ypres, La Bassee, Neuve Chapelle, Festubert, Loos, the Somme, Arras, Vimy Ridge and Cambrai, but was killed on July 23rd 1918. he was entitled to the Mons Star and General Service and Victory Medals. Address - 22 Wolesey Street, Small Heath, Birmingham

Coventry Workhouse Deaths John Audley age 77 - Death 17th March 1939 Address 1 Barrons Croft - Buried by Friends or Family.
P.S ...Re John Edward Elkington........ I visited Coventry Archives about a month ago on the hunt for the burial of my grandfather and he was buried with four peeps, three i knew of one i'd never heard of and they told me at the archives that it is not always family members that are buried together, some are just buried in the grave if there is space, which was a surprise to me as the other three were related.
