OK, thanks to all that have helped so far..

suffolk*sue, I finally located that 1841 piece, moses Daniels was transcribed as Mosas Damlis.

So no I have Moses on most census years. I haven't located him on the '61 census, but... his brother Abraham had a 10 year old son on the '71 census who was born in France, so it is a possibility they may have been travelling again.
All this info is great for fleshing out Moses, but it does little to locate Emma, so I have one more request about her (not going to promise it will be the last one lol)

They had a 9 year old daughter Abigail on the '81 census and I have found a birth for an Abigail Daniels in the first quarter of 1872. So I'm hoping that maybe they were actually already married in April of '71 when the census was taken.
Now Moses was at the Middleton Arms in Norton Folgate for the census, but Emma wasn't. I have searched for an Emma Daniels in the area and surrounding counties who was maybe with another family or with (if I'm super lucky) her parents or on her own with no husband listed at the same address.
I haven't found any matches, but with my luck with how the name Daniels has been transcribed on thegenealogist.com, I may have just missed her.
Sooo, would someone like to do a quick search for an Emma Daniels who may be about 19 years old (but she could be older) with a birthplace of Bethnal Green who is residing somewhere in the general area of London, Middlesex, even Essex, Surrey or Kent perhaps and does not have a husband listed with her.
