Hello Ev & Steve,

I got the marriage certificate of Archibald and Rebecca from SP. The problem was, I had in Mac instead of Mc! You are both correct - Archie's parents were Alexander Robertson and Catherine MacPherson, so many thanks to you both for getting me on the right trail. I have plenty of checking up to do meantime but still a long way to go in completing my family tree. Thanks for all your helpful information.
