Neal Graver/Ann Norman

I am relatively new to this game and have come to a dead end on tracing Neal Graver and Ann Norman. These are great great grandparents of my wife Barbara, maiden name Youngs.
I have found the following from 41 and 61 census and the BMD indexes and IGI:
Neal b abt 1806 in Helhoughton, m 1831 East Raynham, d Oct/Dec 1869 Walsingham.
Ann b abt 1808 Sporle, d Oct/Dec 1899 Norwich.
Found 6 children: Louisa b1837; Artur Frederick b1838; Hannah Easter (?) b1841; Emily b1850; Ivy Anna b1853. Finally Amelia b1844 who married Henry Youngs Oct/Dec 1872 in Docking( my wife's great grandparents).
All childrens births registered in helhoughton.

Can anyone help with more info on Neal and Ann, parents perhaps etc.
Wheres the best place to go to get back further in time?

I couldn't find the names in IGI for some reason...  Undecided

But the Parish Records are in the Norfolk Family History Society's records, so they might be worth a try.

some parishes are listed, some more than others - some Norman's in Sporle with Palgrave - unsure where Helhoughton is?
