Hello all
I have a family in my tree
Albert Edward Burton 1875 middlesbrough
Cicely Burton (nee Hodgson) c1884
Cicely M Burton 1912 North Ormesby.
I cannot trace a Marriage for the daughter or a Death for any of them.
How can I find out if they emigrated abroad?
When they went?
Or what happened to them if they didnt emigrate?
Heres hoping
Karen

Hi Karen,
You could try the old electoral rolls if you knew where they were living in 1912 onwards (Middlesbrough library or Teesside Archives.
Do you know that Cicely definitely married? If so, husband's name?
Where have you looked for bmds - and how far forward, it's a lot of records to look through unless they're on the Middlesbrough indexes site

findmypast has emigration records - ships passenger lists 1890-1960

Hello Barbara
I have spent days going through the deaths on find my past all the way from 1911 until presant day and nothing for any of them.
Not sure if cicely married, but I did start looking and have covered quite a few years with no luck.
The whole family just seem to have vanished.
