John Audley discharged 1832
« on: Friday 18 January 08 20:58 GMT (UK) »

Hi,
Can anybody help?
I have a John Audley who was discharged from the 52nd Regiment of Foot on 18th June 1832 aged 42. His trade was given as Brass Founder. This John Audley was born in Birmingham and his discharge papers indicate that he intended on discharge to return to Birmingham. Can anybody help in identifying where and when he died.
This John Audley got around a bit:
2 years 8 months in Portugal & Spain
4 years 4 months in France (fought at Waterloo)
8 years 4 months in North America.
Many thanks in anticipation of your help
Regards
Brian
